Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, all products contained in the order are shipped at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be refunded immediately.

Order Acceptance Policy

 

Crystal Chrysalis reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply you a comparable item if an item was lost or damaged. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Returns

​

Due to the nature of our items being one of a kind items, returns are not accepted. You may file a claim with Canada Post should your item arrive damaged and your package shipped Insured mail.

*Should you receive a damage item:

In order to file a claim with Canada Post (if your package was shipped insured) 

as per Canada Posts Policy

to provide picture proof of any/all damaged goods and packaging in order to be reimbursed for any claimed damage.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return up to 15 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time – Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours on receipt of payment the next business day. 

Custom orders will be sent as soon as made up as per your request and you will be notified via email upon shipping.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Statutory Holidays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Canada Post only as an estimate.  

We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

 

  

Taxes & Customs or Duty Charges

Our Shop does not charge sales tax . For orders shipped to other Countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, other taxes and or any duties.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Crystal Chrysalis shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  

Crystal Chrysalis shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Crystal Chrysalis shall immediately issue a credit to you in the amount of the incorrect price.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Crystal Chrysalis signs them or not.
